At PRÊT-À-PUPPY, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create in our Ontario, Canada studio. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and designed to last for all of life’s adventures.

While rare, there may be occasions when a repair or replacement is needed. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty, covering manufacturer defects in materials and hardware.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by your pet (such as chewing), misuse, or normal wear and tear. 

To start a warranty claim, please email us at woof@pret-a-puppy.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
•  A description and photo of the issue

Please note that all shipping costs for repairs to our studio shall be borne by the buyer.
