What is your processing time?
As our products are custom and handmade to order, our processing time is up to 5 business days.
Ready to ship items such as harnesses have a processing time of 1-2 business days.

What is Biothane?
Biothane is a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it durable, waterproof, antimicrobial and easy to clean. It looks and feels a lot like leather, and has a break strength of 1000 lbs per inch of width.
What is a traffic handle?
A traffic handle is an extra handle close to the end of the leash that can be used to keep your dog close to you. For example, while crossing the road or in high-traffic areas.
We typically recommend high traffic handles for small dogs, and low traffic handles for bigger/taller dogs.
How do I know which size to order?

Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping to Canada + USA on orders over $100 CAD.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! We offer local pick-up in Mississauga, Ontario. Select the local pickup option at checkout. We will contact you via email once your order is ready.
Biothane vs Leather
Biothane is much easier to maintain than leather, is waterproof, antimicrobial, vegan, easy to clean and won't absorb dirt or odour.
Can I see colours together before I order?
Yes of course, just contact us via email or instagram and we will be more than happy to send you photos of colours together!
