Limited Warranty

At PRÊT-À-PUPPY, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create in our Ontario, Canada studio.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty, covering manufacturer defects in materials and hardware.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by your pet (including chewing) or normal wear and tear. 

To start a warranty claim, please email us at: woof@pret-a-puppy.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A description and photo of the issue

We will repair or replace items found to have a manufacturing defect, at our discretion.

Please note that shipping costs for repairs to our studio are the customer’s responsibility.

This warranty is subject to our Terms of Service.
