Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Ready-to-ship items such as harnesses are shipped within 1–3 business days. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once it ships. 

We ship all orders from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

• Free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD to Canada and the United States

Please note, we may extend our processing time temporarily due to high order volume, this will be stated on the banner at the top of the page.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at orders@pret-a-puppy.com with your name and order number. 

 

International Shipping

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note for international shipments (outside of Canada/USA)

Tracking may not be available depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, please select the tracked shipping method if tracking is needed. 

Please note: your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once it reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
