Collar measurements reflect the range between the first and last adjustment holes. For the best fit, your dog’s neck should sit near the middle — giving you flexibility to tighten or loosen as needed.

For regular cleaning: Soak the gear in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and towel dry.
For a deeper clean: Gently scrub with a soft sponge, cloth, or an old toothbrush
For stubborn stains (rare): Use a magic eraser
